If your application form is forwarded to a Lender that makes you an offer, you will receive from the Lenders a good faith estimate (GFE) that is required under RESPA and a initial disclosure statement (IDS) required under the TILA. Lenders GFE and IDS will be sent to you within three business days from the date of your loan package. If the Lender denies your request for a loan due to credit and that action is based in whole or in part on any information contained in a consumer credit report. You have the right to obtain with in sixty days, a free copy of your consumer credit report from the credit reporting agency which compiles and maintains consumer files on a nationwide basis. You also have the right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in a consumer credit report furnished by the consumer credit reporting agency by contacting the Credit Reporting Repositories directly. An applicant, if married, may apply for a separate account. GFE ADDENDUM DISCLOSURE AND FEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT The actual amount of Eagle Lending's fee is disclosed on the Good Faith Estimate you will receive from the Lender after your loan application is submitted. This is the total compensation Eagle Lending will receive from the Lender for its services and is paid by the Lender. The Lender includes the fee that the Lender pays to Eagle Lending in your interest rate, points, fees and terms of the loan. I/we acknowledge that this mortgage broker fee will be paid to Eagle Lending outside of closing and that there is no other mortgage broker fee agreement between us. Eagle Lending does not make mortgage loans or commitments.
